Award Points are used to release any bonus money that the player has available. If there is no bonus money available to the player, then Award Points are irrelevant.

Everything above is fairly accurate. However what they don't tell you is the customer service department is comprised of people who where passed on by Walmart as greeters! It's absolutely terrible. They also don't tell you this deposit bonus is basically a bunch of jibbersish in plain English they will match your first deposit 100% as long as you deposit ten grand additional per $100.00 of bonus. Also there are no other bonuses after the welcome bonus none zip zero. So if the site isn't under attack and you can log on and you have an extra ten grand to throw out the window go give it a try.
